Wednesday 06/20/16
Event 1: Ranch Trail Run
Sam Briggs and Mat Fraser won the individual race 1. This race consisted of a 7 km of trails at the ranch
Event 2: ladder Deadlift
- men: 615 425-435-445-455-465-475-485-495-505-515-525-535-545-555-565-575-585-595-605- lb
- Women 275-285-295-305-315-325-335-345-355-365-370-375-380-385-30-395-400-405-410-415 lb.
- athletes get up in the reverse order that they finish the race. Last on the race will raise first. First on the race will last up
- The scale deadlift will begin 10 minutes after the last athlete finishes the race
Event 3: .. Mini Ranch Chipper
- For the time
- 50 wall-ball shots
- 25 med-ball GHD sit-ups
- sprint hill with the med ball

Event 4: Ocean Swim
For the time
500 meters swimming
The athletes will start on the beach, swim around 2 buoys, then finish back on the beach. All 80 athletes, 40 men and 40 women, will compete in a heat
Friday 07/22/16
EVENT 5 :. MURPH
Available Points: 100 points
Location: Stadium soccer and StubHub Center Reasons
Friday morning
- For the time with 20 / 14-lb. vest weight:
- 1-mile run
- Then, 5 rounds of
- 20 pull-up
- 40 push-ups
- 60 squats
- Then, 1-mile run
Each athlete will weighted body armor for the duration of the event
Cape Time :. 55 minutes
EVENT 6: SQUAT CLEAN PYRAMID
Available Points: 100 points
Location: Tennis Stadium
Friday afternoon
- For the time
- 10 squat cleans (245/165 lb), by 2:00
- 8 squat cleans (265/180 lb), by 4: 00
- 6 squat cleans (285/195 lb), by 6:00
- squat cleans 4 (305/205 lb), by 8:00
- 2 squat cleans (325/215 lb), 11:00
As for the event 1 to the regionals this year, athletes advance in 5 stations to increase the weight with decreasing representatives. Athletes who do not complete all representatives in a particular bar before the deadline will be given credit for the representatives they have completed their last bar, then ranked according to the time they finished their last full segment.
